Christ Church Cascades is led by an eldership. This is a group of men who meet the qualifications of church leadership from 1 Timothy 3. They are by no means perfect but they love Jesus and their lives show a consistent commitment to obeying Him. The elders lead the church theologically and, under Christ, give the church vision & direction.
CCC has been blessed with a wonderful leadership team who head up the different ministry areas of our church. We are gifted differently but we all play our part in order for the church to function properly (1 Corinthians 12).
